Pōtōreto
For the campaign, themes of Japanese traditional Samurai and Geisha portraiture were blended with a contemporary California pop look. The contrast of ancient and modern was woven into all aspects of the campaign. The art direction included multi-layered textured kimono prints, and GIFS that married refined aesthetics with playful humor.
The campaign was awarded the winner of the American Photography 37. It also received the Honorable Mention from IPA Lucie International Photography Awards.
