L’Arsenale is a legendary theater, built in an old church in the center of Milan. Since its inception, it has expanded its cultural outlets to include a theater school (based on the Jacques Lecoq method), book publishing, music, stage design and also a hub for Fashion Week.

For the branding, it was important to create a visual identity that could reflect the institution's various cultural offerings. A multi-disciplinary logo was created, highlighting the core mission of L’Arsenale: Art (Ars in Latin).

To differentiate the various categories, a selection of colors was developed: red for the theater, blue for the school, yellow for the music and book publishing, and green for the space rental. The typography also honored the ancient cultural heritage, with a classic Italian font (Bodoni).
